Delicious food and drinks in campus hub 2

Hi, guys. Last week I introduced The Grill which is a burger shop in campus hub, do you have a try in this week? Today i hope to recommend you a famous shop, Boost! If Macquarie students want to buy a boost, they don’t go to Macquarie Shopping Center because it is located in Campus hub, level one.

Drinking fresh fruit juice can help us to replenish energy during busy life. In the menu of  Boost, you can create you own juice(match different fruit). Boost also provides many drinks options, I recommend you to try Mango Magic and  Banana Buzz. Their formula which includes vitamin C are beneficial for us .

Getting Involved - Macquarie Student Groups

Student Groups are some of the greatest ways to connect with people who share similar passions and interests with you.

Created and run by students, these clubs are a fantastic way to find people you click with, expand your network, test new ideas, experience other cultures, help the planet or even give back to the community!

They provide a valuable opportunity to meet people and develop personal skills such as communication and teamwork. They offer the perfect environment to achieve balance between socializing and study, providing an outlet to seek support from fellow students.

How to Best Complete an Assignment

I am a very planned out, organised person and so all of my assignments get planned out in a little notebook I got from Kikki K. I find it a lot easier to complete my assignments when I break it all down into smaller parts that I can tick off.

The first thing I do is write down what the class is, what the assignment is, when it is due and then what the word limit or other font requirements are for that particular assignment. It varies for each assignment, but I then decide what question/topic I want to do and I write that down as well. I will talk about this assignment as if I was doing an essay.

Then I create a checklist for the following things: find readings, dot point an introduction, dot point a conclusion, complete topic sentences for each paragraphs, dot point the paragraphs, write the introduction and conclusion and then write the paragraphs in full, with all references.

After that, it’s time to edit drafts #1 and #2, finalise all in-text references and bibliography in whatever style in needs to be in, go over it one more time and then hand it in.

I guarantee that if you break your assignments down into much smaller tasks, it will be easier to complete them to a great standard and on time!

Enjoy Swimming in Sport and Aquatic Centre

In the Sport and Aquatic Centre, apart from going gym by using the fitness equipment or joining the group training, there is another activity for to chose, which is swimming. Personally, I prefer to go swimming instead of doing other exercises because I believe this is the most relaxed exercise and it can relieve physical fatigue.

In our campus, we have two swimming pools which are 25 metre pool and 50 metre pool. Those swimming pools are heated. For 25 metre pool, which is indoor pool and there is 29-30 degrees of the water; for 50 metre pool, which is outdoor pool and there is 26-27 degrees of the water.

If you still consider whether you join or not, here is a link for you have a virtual tour. View the virtual tour
